Situated in the valley of Hermigua, with wonderful views from the terrace and from within the house.
DESCRIPTION
This house is in a excellent spot with no other buildings close by, so visitors can enjoy absolute tranquility. The only sounds are the birds singing from the palm trees that surround the terrace, and from which the house takes its name.The livng room has two very large windows with beautiful views of the valley, from the mountains down to the sea.The interior is large and is furnished with a mixture of rustic and modern styles. There is much use of wood and in parts of the house, such as in the kitchen, the original stonework has been left in view.There is a terrace with an area for the barbeque.
SITUATION
Situated in the central part of the valley of Hermigua, 300 m above the main road. The access to the house is from a small lane via a steap foot path (parts with steps) of a length of about 75m without light. Close by is the Church of San Juan, and from here it´s possible to take the walking path to the villages of Los Aceviños, El Cedro and La Palmita.
